This process consists of three distinct phases: 1) We have a 45-minute conversation on the phone to discuss your data and ask you some additional questions. You can also share anything that you feel is important for us to know. 2) We go back, look at your data and come up with the report. The report consists of a slide presentation and a word document that spells out our recommendations. 3) We schedule another 45-minute conversation or an interactive workshop where we present our findings and recommendations to you and, if you choose, to your team.
